Thermal de-stratification is the equalisation of the air temperature throughout a building or enclosed space via our quiet economic directional ceiling fans. The significance of this is that this prevents all the hot air in a room, factory or warehouse rising to the ceiling and all the cold air sinking to the most important area i.e. the floor.
The benefits of de-stratification are clear:
More comfortable working environment
Works alongside existing HVAC systems
Between 20% - 50% reduction of heating bills
Significantly reduced cooling bills
Minimal running costs
Lowered carbon footprint
Simple to install
Rapid ROI of 12 - 18 months
From factory temperature control, greenhouse temperature control, office temperature control and warehouse temperature control, FLE has a de-stratification ceiling fan that will suit your facility.
The FLE de-stratification ceiling fans are the most efficient de-stratification products available and works alongside your existing HVAC system. Inexpensive to purchase, easy to install, simple to maintain and economical to operate, FLE have models to accommodate nearly any workplace temperature control, appropriate for ceiling heights from 3 to 11 meters, adaptable to changing floor plans and each unit is designed to service up to 100 sq. Meters.
The key application for the de-stratification fan is the management of hot air within a building; after all there is no point in heating the roof when the area that really requires heating is the first 6 ft above the floor.
The free hanging de-stratification ceiling fan is an extremely efficient wind turbine that is suspended just below ceiling height. Each ceiling fan takes in the hot ceiling air and transports it to the floor in a slow moving column of air to create a better working environment and reduce total energy consumption.
Each free hanging de-stratification ceiling fan is capable of equalising 100 square metres of floor area.
The ideal application for this unit includes: Factories, warehouses, greenhouses, theatres, meeting rooms, exhibition halls, leisure centres, multiples, supermarkets, sports halls, retail outlets, showrooms, hospitals,
libraries, prison facilities etc.

The suspended ceiling fans accommodate ceiling heights from 3 to 11 metres and are adaptable to changing floor plans.
The product is easy to install and very power efficient, using a single phase electrical system that requires between 12 and 76 watts depending upon the model.
Typically the suspended de-stratification ceiling fan is used in an office environment and is designed to capture the heat before it escapes into the void above the ceiling. The suspended de-stratification ceiling fan is ultra quiet so as to avoid any additional noise pollution in the work space.
